Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of anu.dev and any waitlist, contact forms, or related services we make available through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The Services
The Site provides information about our products and may allow you to join a waitlist or contact us. Features, availability, and pricing described on the Site are subject to change and may not yet be generally available. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to sell a product until we provide a separate agreement or checkout flow that says otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights;
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services;
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) in a way that overloads or harms the Site;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, or data;
- Use the Services to distribute malware, spam, or misleading content.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ribix and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your local law requires otherwise. Courts in Delaware (or the federal courts located there) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you where required by law.
